Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with computer architecture, performance analysis, and performance modeling.
  
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, ML, networking, databases, queueing theory, and related software infrastructure.
  
• Experience with low-level system software, CPU, GPU, and storage systems, with the ability to root cause performance bottlenecks from an end to end perspective.
  
• Ability to work across different teams across the hardware/software stack.
  
• Self-driven with excellent problem solving skills.
