Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• 5 years of experience in program management or project management
  
• Experience with requests for quote, writing statements of work, legal contracts and business proposals, defining scope, and deliverables
  
• Vendor management experience, working with global suppliers, vendor leadership, external workforce solutions
  
• Experience with procurement, finance teams, analyzing budgets, and deriving insights
  
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently in order to write contracts
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of software testing, embedded/mobile devices, release cycles, and OEMs
  
• Excellent property management skills, including lab/office space planning and coordination with global real estate teams
