Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in environmental, health and safety field.
  
• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs for multiple facilities at regional or global level.
  
• Experience with EHS domain and regulatory landscape.

Preferred qualifications:

• Credentials from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, American Board of Industrial Hygiene, NEBOSH or equivalent agencies.
  
• Experience in Technical environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, electrical safety, and EHS management system.
  
• Experience in managing EHS issues at technical infrastructure/data center operations.
  
• Experience in leading large cross-functional teams to align and deliver technical projects.
  
• Outstanding collaboration, project management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently in order to effectively communicate with representatives from external stakeholders in-market.
