Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++).
  
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with tools and infrastructure development to optimize the software engineering process.
  
• Experience with quality concepts (e.g., functional testing, unit testing, integration testing, performance testing).
  
• Ability to define software architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements, including validating for correctness, functionality, reliability, and other characteristics.
  
• Ability to attract, motivate and energize team members.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and technical innovation skills.
