Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience working in a sales engineering or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience leading IT strategy discussion and design cloud adoption plans.
  • Experience with database technologies, administration and management tools, performance tuning techniques, SQL, troubleshooting, and data migration strategies to cloud.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations and live demonstrations of database products.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to engage and support customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems.
  • Experience in legacy database and open-source database solutions (i.e., Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience working in technical sales or consulting in the fields of cloud computing, data, and information lifecycle management.
  • Experience in writing code in a common development languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, Scala, R, or Go.
  • Ability to proceed with deep-dive database assessments and database PoCs.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
