Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
  
• 5 years of experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
  
• Experience in data analysis, working with stakeholders and developing execution plans.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in a highly dynamic/fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
  
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders, and understanding user issues.
  
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
