Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in shared services design.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience in large-scale project management.
- Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience with Frontline HR business activities.
- Understanding of the People Partner and People Consultant domains.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.
