Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with software or hardware platforms and technical project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical experience developing consumer (i.e. mobile OEM/System-on-Chip), enterprise (i.e. App/Cloud) integration, Operating System development, or developer platform software.
  
• Experience building a stakeholder management network and relationships across various levels of the stakeholder teams for providing quality service operations.
  
• Experience building a stakeholder management network and relationships across various levels of the stakeholder teams for providing quality service operations.
  
• Experience with Android, Operating System bring-up, System-on-Chip bring-up, ARM, Kernel development/management.
  
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence within a complex business environment.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
