Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in the data networking industry.
  
• 5 years of experience in an operations management networking leadership role, overseeing projects as a people manager/team lead.
  
• Experience in a technology leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing and leading a global network enterprise operations team.
  
• Knowledge of network operations standards and best practices, especially in an enterprise setting.
  
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, identify problems across organizations, and create programs/processes to solve them.
