Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with networks and PC hardware architecture, including maintenance and repair and the technical concepts of computing infrastructure.
  
• 3 years of experience in project or program management and operations.
  
• 2 years of experience in people management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating large-scale infrastructure, network, compute architecture, lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
  
• Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
  
• Experience leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
  
• Ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site while fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative team environment.
  
• Excellent strategic problem-solving skills.
