Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management and experience as a program manager in supply chain/operations, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in operations demand planning and business supply chain management, with a focus on spares forecasting and Project Lifecycle Management methodologies.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a strategy or advisory role, working with executives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain projects across demand/product lifecycle and related metrics.
- Understanding of demand planning principles and practices with emphasis on leveraging machine mortality and part failure data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate effectively and collaboratively across different functions and levels in a large organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
