Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• Experience in Program Management with UX related projects in UX design, user research, content strategy, or tools and methodologies
  
• Experience in managing projects with multiple director level stakeholders
  
• Experience in performing analyses that translate data into actionable insights, influence stakeholders, and develop execution plans
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies
  
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering stakeholders, and understanding user issues
  
• Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in a highly dynamic/fast-paced environment
