Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role such as technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership.
  
• 1 year of experience building tools that improve development velocity, code quality, or code health.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• Experience in software development with one or more general purpose programming languages.
  
• Experience in Infrastructure Development, optimizing software, Analytics, building tools and testing frameworks, or code health.
  
• Experience in Applied Machine Learning (e.g., TensorFlow, JAX, CUDA, etc.).
  
• Experience in management.
  
• Ability to use Machine Learning algorithms and models in real-world products to solve user-problems.
