Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience in program management with UX related projects in UX design, user research, content strategy, or tools and methodologies.
  
• Experience in managing projects with multiple director level stakeholders.
  
• Experience in data analysis, working with stakeholders, and developing execution plans.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in a highly dynamic/fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders, and understanding user issues.
  
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
  
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
