Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++).
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field involving mathematics and statistical methods.
- 3 years of experience with applied data science and statistical methods, ML algorithms and tools, or applied ML (e.g., deep learning, NLP, LLM).
- Experience in research and development of novel methods, algorithms, or models using statistics and machine learning.
- Knowledge in routing algorithms.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
