Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading projects and supporting customers/partners.
- Experience with service/partner operations, project management, change management, or leadership.
- Experience with analytics, basic modeling, and formal corporate presentation building.
- Ability to develop an idea and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent decision making, communication, and problem solving skills.
