Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience working with Agencies and Partners to identify technical issues and opportunities and promote AdTech and MarTech solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Experience working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for driving the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities by owning Data and Measurement transformation with your agency, including Agency C-Level conversations. You will orchestrate cross-functional stakeholder relationships and adoption of first-party and third-party data solutions to drive media outcomes. You will also focus on accelerating AI Innovation through future forward solutions. You will coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation and create consistency through Agency Full Value Plans (FVPs) and co-own the development and execution of joint technical plans with your agency portfolio.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities and infrastructure across all buying doors (e.g., Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products) to drive Agency and customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions. Drive progression from discovery through implementation.
  • Drive advanced Data and Measurement product usage when a customer has adopted Google solutions. Ensure that customers operationalize solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on Data Transformation solutions for your Agencies. Educate relevant stakeholders and build relationships using subject matter expertise to drive Agency and customer business objectives.
  • Drive AI Innovation with your Agency and establish as a trusted tech advisor and develop business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Bridge together Google Ads and Clouds teams to build future forward data and tech solutions with agencies.
