Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in administrative roles, in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience in effective calendar management over international time zones, and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
- Experience in working on multiple urgent priorities independently, with project management skills to further support the organization or office site that you manage.
- Ability to navigate an environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
As an Executive Business Partner, you will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative challenges before they arise. You will adapt quickly to the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services. You will also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.

Responsibilities
- Work across the full spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Provide leadership and be seen as a role model to other Executive Business Partners across the region.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions in ambiguous, or time sensitive situations.
- Identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, and be an expert on internal systems and policies.
