Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in an investigative role, such as management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, data science, corporate strategy, financial and headcount management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Graduate degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
  • Understanding of technology delivery.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data in a compelling way.
  • Ability to drive and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent data analysis, logical thinking and presentation development skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Corp Eng is the team that builds and maintains the infrastructure that powers Google. We are responsible for designing, building, securing, and operating the systems that keep Google running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Corp Eng leadership and Chiefs of Staff in the region and globally. Partner across Corp Eng pillars, Finance, and the Vendor Management Office to contribute to the overall success of Corp Eng.
  • Build new subject matter expertise quickly to develop hypotheses and recommendations for emerging initiatives/inbound requests, leverage business acumen to identify opportunities.
  • Own project delivery, keeping multiple complex plans/roadmaps moving at the same time and landing on schedule.
  • Partner with the Corp Eng India leads, and Chiefs of Staff across Corp Eng to prioritize and execute quantitative analyses, support definition and measurement approach design for key performance metrics.
