- 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
- A portfolio of creative work.

Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy, concepting, development, and production of top priority projects across the organization that will help shift advertiser and industry perceptions of Google and drive business.
- Lead the rollout of new projects from brief to delivery: conceptualization, strategy, planning, execution of initiatives and integrated campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programs, and efficiently deliver on campaign objectives and business goals.
- Work closely with, coordinate, guide, and influence executive cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.
- Manage projects to timely delivery, with responsibility over budget, agreements, review cycles, and launches.
