Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement with sales/pre-sales stakeholders.
- Experience in training, developing, and executing sales enablement programs, learning and enablement content development in different areas impacting sales.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and serving executive level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
- Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning and enablement projects simultaneously.

The mission of the Google Cloud Business Enablement team is to accelerate the productivity of Google Cloud’s go-to-market resources. As a Program Manager, you will work on enhancing the capabilities of field sellers, including technical sellers on their knowledge of Google Cloud Platform products and solutions. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the execution of programs, enablement initiatives, and various business growth initiatives. With a focus on driving impact, you will work closely with all relevant cross-functional organizations to curate and present assets to relevant audiences at scale. You will require planning, coordination of production, curation, and execution of assets, testing modalities and methods, and adjusting to achieve desired measurable impact. You will interact with leaders and executives and will work closely with teams across the broader Global Business Programs and Enablement organizations.

Responsibilities
- Understand the challenges we will face and surface recommended solutions for continuous improvement. Drive these recommended solutions based on priority.
- Evaluate effectiveness of our enablement programs and activities using defined metrics to measure impact and recommend improvements.
- Drive continual improvements in our operational processes and methods, improving productivity of our audiences by collaborating with subject matter experts across Google Cloud.
- Assess and develop strategy for enablement of solutions for Cloud sellers, both technical and non-technical focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and solutions.
