Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with executive-level clients to solve problems, develop relationships, navigate ambiguity, and activate global key offerings.
  • Knowledge of how to collaboratively lead and activate programs at scale, deliver against key goals, and prove impact on the business and customer success.
  • Ability to influence and operate in a dynamic evolving team environment.
  • Ability to establish, manage, and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

About the job

The Mastery team develops and delivers product and skills training to General Business Organization (GBO) teams, as well as external client and agency partners. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Learning and Development team within Mastery is responsible for designing and launching learning experiences for the GTM organization. The mission is to deliver consistent, skills-based learning experience so learners can equitably continue to learn and grow in their role, achieve job readiness, receive feedback, improve performance, and have consistent opportunities for practice.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities related to activating and delivering learning programs within the GTM organization across all regions.
  • Shape and drive the integration of skills and core developmental programming into key messaging and communication, gain leadership buy-in to drive joint partnerships around the programs and plans supporting the organization's development and business goals.
  • Drive partnerships and activations that enable the development of the GTM team to be successful in their roles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, executives, and partner teams to achieve learning goals and plans, influence the curriculum roadmaps based on business needs, and lead business planning.
