Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing project plans to deliver customer-oriented results.
- Experience using SQL.
- Ability to effectively evaluate work problems and program goals to efficiently prioritize projects and tasks in support of the broader strategic objectives.
- Ability to convey technical insights to a non-technical audience.
- Strong organizational, investigative and project-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.Responsibilities
- Manage regionally based vendor operations for Technical Operations, as it relates to project management to integrate new physical security assets into Google’s enterprise security applications, manage asset lifecycle, and provide 24/7 customer and technical support.
- Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure/validate vendor team is maintaining quality customer support.
- Scope, plan and manage data driven projects in collaboration with Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams within GSRS to understand their operational business needs, as well as addressing any concerns.
- Conduct system audits and communicate findings/recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders, leveraging data to tell a clear story.
