Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, in-house consulting, business development, or consultative sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience writing and executing business strategy based on imperfect information to deliver business goals, collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.
  • Understanding of digital marketing products and landscape.
  • Ability to engage at multiple levels internally and externally, and influence executive stakeholders towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence towards shared goals.
  • Track record of identifying business opportunities proactively and solving problems through quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in German, to support German-speaking clients

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Consult key customers on how to successfully grow their international business by understanding customer goals, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets.
  • Conceive innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
  • Provide support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise, including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
  • Be a strong team player, contributing to the positive and inclusive culture of the International Growth team and positively influencing your own development, and the development of those around you.
