Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 7 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work with customer teams across multiple product areas to understand data discovery and management, compliance, and scalability requirements for data catalog.
- Collaborate with Data Marketplace and Datahub teams to design scalable and extension solutions for critical user journeys, leveraging existing infrastructure and building needed software components.
- Utilize knowledge of distributed systems, design and build applications with scalability and high performance requirements.
- Own the project life-cycle, from roadmaps, design, prototype to production roll outs, and manage various performance and stability issues.
