Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with internet products and technologies.
- Knowledge of publisher, advertising market, or online ads landscape.
- Knowledge in technical design, and ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and learn when it is appropriate to apply them.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, agreement and influencing skills.

Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.
Ads Solution Architects cultivate relationships with Google’s strategic advertisers, agencies, and partners while also working cross-functionally within Google, partnering closely with Sales, Go-to-Market, Product and Engineering teams to develop advanced solutions, tools and improve our products based on the evolving needs of users.
As an Advertising Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for building an understanding of Google Shopping products and leveraging these products to achieve customer goals. You'll also build robust processes, systems, tools and documentation so these products can be serviced.
In this role, you will work closely with Partner Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for Americas mid-market sales commerce clients, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow Google's partner e-commerce business. You will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes through workflow optimization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high product adoption and usage. Be the primary day-to-day technical contact for clients, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on Google Shopping.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams.
- Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
- Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
- Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency.
