Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to contact local stakeholders from Google and outside of Google.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Experience in digital media buying, strategic planning, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with YouTube advertising formats..
  • Understanding of digital ads and digital content landscape.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Our dedicated team of professionals possesses an understanding of the distinct issues and opportunities within the agency landscape. We collaborate with LCS sellers and agencies to craft tailored strategies and robust business plans that align seamlessly with Google's objectives and their business aspirations. Additionally, we offer resources to ensure agencies stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and innovations. These services are designed to enhance agencies' capabilities, optimize their campaigns, and deliver results for their clients.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted and influential relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues and marketing objectives.
  • Structure a long-term joint strategy between Google, clients and agencies, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Develop business plans, lead agency reviews and guide the resolution of conflicts.
  • Follow up agencies plan progress, identifying new revenue opportunities. Assessment of agency client's budget, media mix and campaigns timelines. Proactively identify and get media briefs from agencies anticipating opportunities promoting growth.
  • Ensure the presence of relevant stakeholders to appropriate Google events. Understand the agency landscape and influence beyond media buyers, including creatives and planners. Identify agency capability needs and develop action plans to address them.
