- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
Google’s Knowledge and Information (K&I) Partnerships organization works with a wide range of external partners to help build Google products and innovate through product-enabling relationships (e.g., data licensing, content partnerships, API/platform integrations, and technology licensing).
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll work closely with Product, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Policy teams to build and manage our strategic partnerships. You will be working to design partnership strategies that are valuable to Google users and driving adoption of leading-edge Google technologies by our strategic partners.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution to define crucial go-to-market efforts. You'll develop partnership plans, discussions, industry representation, strategy presentations to senior management, and competitive analysis, and ensure projects are executed smoothly internally and with the partners.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Google Search's strategy for the Spanish-speaking LATAM market.
- Collaborate with global teams and other business development groups to establish and manage key partner integrations.
- Foster robust relationships with partners, utilizing both direct engagement and scalable models to connect with diverse partner ecosystems.
- Guide partner and internal teams to achieve seamless technical implementations, share partner insights, and contribute market intelligence to Google's product development process.
- Design and execute processes and policies that enhance Google's ability to partner effectively at scale, representing the company at industry events.
