Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience working with web or app technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP or Android, iOS).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
- 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- 2 years of experience working with operating systems.

The Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) team's mission is to partner with cross-functional teams on strategic customers and opportunities to drive growth in Google’s Ads’ business through creation of technical solutions. We’re responsible for developing innovative solutions to the business problems faced by the world's advertisers. We work as a critical technical partner for our sales teams where the team’s coding abilities, communication skills, desire to solve complex problems, passion for scale and big data expertise will all be leveraged. The team’s solutions will take many forms, from prototypes and demos to education and advocacy, all with the technology resources of Google to back it up.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google Application Programming Interface (API) and tech platforms to help clients develop applications across ads products.
- Work closely with customers to understand underlying business challenges. Cultivate relationships with Sales team and customers, then leverage these relationships to identify and develop innovative technical solutions that lead to more advertising business.
- Work across Sales, Support and Product teams to provide innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
- Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Engineers to Marketing professionals.
- Leverage Google’s tech platforms and big data analytics systems to achieve your goals.
