Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the ad tech industry and familiarity with online media buying and selling processes.
  • Understanding of the industry's issues, direction for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.
  • Demonstrated accountability of driving business results through media investment.
  • Excellent communicator, detail oriented, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with an understanding of the search advertising industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to communicate with counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and business Operations.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Media team in SpLatam has the mission to develop and mature the programmatic ecosystem in the region through media strategies for advertisers, agencies to achieve their marketing objectives through our media buying platforms in the GMP stack (Display & Video 360 (DV360)+Search Ads 360 (SA360)

Our main objective is to boost growth of media spend through the Google Marketing Platform ad buying platforms (DV360 and SA360) by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, GMP Enterprise Sales, Sellside, Product Specialists, etc.) to drive adoption of products and solutions within our ad tech stack. We aim to drive excellent performance for advertisers and collaborate with agencies in order to sustain the growth of the ad tech industry in Spanish Speaking Latam.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Promote SA360 within Google and the industry, while driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients.
  • Own and execute new SA360 clients onboarding, by training impacted teams at the advertiser or agency on the use of the platform, highlighting use cases that could help them achieve their objectives effectively and ensuring client readiness to manage their Search campaigns through SA360.
  • Influence across team and cross-organizational teams to align on objectives, resource allocation, and direction, driving decisions that maximize strategic benefit to Google and customers.
  • Collaborate with teams to upsell Search opportunities and build strategic plans while analyzing SA360's impact and scaling the business.
