Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Excellent project management skills, and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive level contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales Teams, Google advertisers and agencies to increase adoption and usage of Google’s YouTube solutions (e.g. Video Action Campaign, Demand Gen, Video Reach Campaign, Data-Driven Attribution, Incremental measurement etc.)
  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategy and create short and long term Go-to-market activation strategies for YouTube to drive product growth. Support quarterly planning/target setting, facilitating activation across programs (including leading pre-pitch/co-pitch consults on top opportunities), monitoring and reporting on key drivers/metrics.
  • Develop partnership with Global Product leads and GCS customers in Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Understand the Video compete Landscape and develop a strong understanding of our GCS advertisers video challenges, opportunities and the latest market trends.
