Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g.,travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience in calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
- Experience in managing multiple urgent priorities in project management to support the organization.
- Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g.,calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Provide leadership to administrative business partners across the region.
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization you support. Make decisions in complex, ambiguous or time sensitive situations.
- Understand business and their needs and identify the processes or operational improvements.
- Exhibits highest standards to maintaining confidentiality. Seen as a deep expert of internal systems and policies.
