Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in brand marketing and digital marketing roles in online business.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Google’s products (e.g., YouTube, Apps, and Performance).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-team collaborations, and influence on solutions to drive performance (e.g., scalable implementation plans).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fluid environment, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with data, with excellent problem-solving skills to generate insights.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Video Specialist, you will be focused on leading the commercialization and activation of our core YouTube Video business and will be working on products such as Video Reach Campaigns (VRC), Video View Campaign (VVC), YouTube for Action, etc. You will be building partnerships at various levels of the organization, with particular focus on partnering with Sales, Regional and Global Product teams.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business pitches and drive adoption of key products and solutions.
  • Drive the video product go-to-market plan for accounts with an understanding of both Video products and customer business nuances.
  • Manage to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple levels, areas, and industries with Video product/solution narratives.
  • Manage the translation of the Video business plan into customized solutions to address business opportunities.
  • Uncover new opportunities with Google data and product insights, and influence sales teams and cross-functional teams to land the opportunities together.
