Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in contract management/operations or sales operations.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects related to accounting, finance, transformations, or integrations or change management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience communicating with executives.
- Experience in or understanding of working with Enterprise sales or Cloud computing.
- Familiarity with corporate governance rules, risk management content, or central tracking and monitoring of controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Support day-to-day contracting operations including policy queries, contract execution blockers, access reviews, and signature requests.
- Oversee contracting operations for Google Cloud India commercial agreements, including quarterly close procedures and continuous improvement of signature procedures.
- Build and maintain a searchable knowledge repository of policy decisions and guidance for customer-facing teams.
- Identify and address process improvement opportunities for contract execution, working with Google teams to continually build internal operational capabilities.
