About the job

As the Analytical Lead, you'll be essential to the success of the Hub Data and Measurement team, providing comprehensive analytical support to both the team and leadership. By leveraging a keen commercial understanding and advanced data skills, you will identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks, while simultaneously building data infrastructure to track performance and empower Sales teams.

In this role, you'll work closely with leadership to shape business strategy and operations. This includes designing and implementing robust reporting and business intelligence solutions, developing analytical models for effective resource allocation, and creating lead identification models to drive product adoption and business growth. With a strong focus on both strategic and tactical decision-making, you'll model business scenarios, balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective, master performance metrics, manage multiple projects and leverage your creativity in solving complex challenges.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership and their teams to identify and prioritize business needs, then design and implement tailored solutions to meet those evolving needs.
  • Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly business plans, and lead weekly business training sessions to ensure team performance is on track.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, Sales Finance, gTech, Sales Leaders) to clearly define business requirements for reporting and data analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data trends, translating them into actionable insights for account management teams to prioritize their business activities.
  • Build reliable data pipelines and intuitive dashboards using internal tools to provide accurate reporting and performance insights.
