Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Sales, Agency, Consumer Marketing, TV/Media Research, TV Buying, or Ad Tech.
- Experience with the Video and TV planning process, Programmatic/Platforms, and associated measurement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional teams, and deliver results while managing uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Excellent analytical skills, and comfortable dealing with data and using insight to drive positive business outcomes.
- Excellent organization, communication, and influencing skills, with robust narrative creation and presentation skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will work to drive programs that position Google’s video suite front and center. You will understand deeply the power of YouTube and video more broadly, how it integrates into TV planning, how programmatic is reshaping the way in which video is consumed, and how video drives performance. You'll help large and medium-sized agencies and brands take advantage of Google’s suite of solutions to connect meaningfully with their audiences to advance business. You’ll be responsible for driving the video strategy, be accountable for strategic goals, while also influencing and bringing stakeholders across the business with you on your journey. You'll deliver outsized market impact in order to further build Google’s reputation in this space.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Google video within the advertising and agency community in India as the definitive brand building and brand-for-performance solution for advertisers. Design and implement trading structures, processes ,and research programs that ensure mutual value gain for advertisers and agencies investing in Video.
- Work with broader ecosystem stakeholders including interactive advertising bureaus, media measurement partners, government agencies, creative agencies, and press to educate, engage, and form strategic partnerships to enhance India as a lead market for video.
- Coach Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in Google using your expertise in all things video (e.g., video presentations, campaign concepts, and measurement solutions). Upskill and build capability for Google video products and measurement solutions among internal and external stakeholders.
