About the job

gTech’s Strategy and Operations team (gSO) is made up of strategic partners and trusted advisors that drive success and transformative changes for gTech. We create value through deep functional and business expertise combined with analytical rigor to formulate and deliver strategies. Using core capabilities ― strategy, analytics, and communications ― we empower gTech to do amazing things to land the present, and build for the future.

gTech’s Extended Workforce Solutions team enables product areas to effectively and efficiently scale their outsourced operations while managing risks. Our goal is to enable our partners to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations to deliver the best possible outcomes for their business needs. Our partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimize administrative burden throughout the process. We assist with planning and strategy, and provide tools to support product areas in managing their extended workforce infrastructure. We strike a balance between optimizing engagements and making sure all policies and guidelines pertaining to contingent work are followed.

In this role, you will independently lead projects and drive impact across key strategic questions for the business. You will simplify and effectively communicate these problems, advocate and challenge stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. You need to be able to understand business context, be comfortable with ambiguity, and prioritize and quickly recognize what is most critical. You are a collaborative, data-driven, analytical problem solver who is able to effectively lead and manage multiple work streams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives for EExtended Workforce Solutions (xWS).
  • Identify and structure business problems and effectively communicate core issues.
  • Drive the execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously, preempt and resolve potential issues and concerns.
  • Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term initiatives.
  • Gather data and conduct analyses supporting in-going hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
