Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
  • 8 years of experience in building high quality software, developer tooling and infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience as tech lead in a diverse team.
  • Experience working on scalable applications.
  • Experience working with: Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, architecting large software systems.
  • Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance developer productivity tools and infrastructure that cater to the diverse and growing needs of our developers.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of skilled engineers, mentor and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other senior leads and managers to define the vision and roadmap for the application integrations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform.
  • Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and complex problem-solving efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
