Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, or Project Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using monetization or ad serving solutions (e.g., Google AdManager, AdSense, AdMob, other solutions)
  • Experience with streamlining operational process (e.g. automation) and familiarity with SQL.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including experience in managing medium to large and short/long-term projects.
  • Broad understanding of online advertising (e.g., ad serving, monetization solutions) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video).
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, operate in a rapidly changing industry, and work well with a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills (e.g. understand monetization metrics and derive optimization), operational efficiency, and stakeholder management skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee efficient business operations in billing, payments, and contracting workflows for Sellside. You will proactively and reactively support the broader analyst team and extended workforce in handling case requests from Sellside Sales users.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service workflows for FinOps including, but not limited to: invoice and payment reconciliation, business agreement creation support.
  • Identify areas to contribute to the team goal of realizing operational efficiency gains by streamlining FinOps processes, gathering and analyzing feedback from users and internal teams to improve existing workflows.
  • Increase efficiency of team resources by identifying and resolving pain points and knowledge gaps and perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks such as liaising and aligning with cross-functional Financial Operations teams.
  • Oversee Ad Manager invoice disputes and processing billing modifications, and support the automation of Ad Manager billing workflow.
  • Liaise on behalf of our Sales teams, with various internal cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues promptly.
