Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with digital media, sales, marketing, or products.
- 5 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a business related field.
- Experience operating and working with Performance Google Products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, SA360) or relevant.
- Familiarity with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies.
- Excellent creative problem-solving approach and investigative skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.

As a member of the Sales team in GMP, you are on the frontier of driving GMP adoption and long-term impact to clients and Google. You drive GMP adoption towards impact by connecting business needs with tech solutions, acting as a partner/consultant to those you are working with and supporting the business process, with focus on customer business objectives, media impact and digital maturity evolving. You will represent the customer while overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, coordinating the GMP project's implementation across internal/external stakeholders, and prioritizing projects based on their potential impact. You are focused on delivering excellent customer care, empowering our partners' ecosystem and making sure projects go smoothly for Google's customers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic customer success to drive adoption and maximize the value of the four GMP products across a portfolio of retail clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the use of our product suite.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on our ad tech platform, providing consultative guidance to retailers on how to effectively leverage our products. Troubleshoot technical challenges and collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders at retail clients, agencies, and partners, acting as their trusted advisor. Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating complex technical information in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Project manage complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
