Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, etc.), automation techniques (e.g., Javascript, Python, etc.) and statistical principles (e.g., significance, regression, etc.).
- Experience building scalable solutions with DataStudio, Tableau, Flourish or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience across advertising datasets including Google first-party data (e.g., YouTube, Google Ads) as well as programmatic, social or TV.
- Experience working with advertisers, marketing departments, investigative/measurement functions and clients at executive levels.
- Ability to take large quantities and sources of data both qualitative and quantitative and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate and influence diverse audiences making complex datasets/concepts simple to understand.
- Ability to solve complex problem and navigate ambiguous data scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Develop new insights and claims to support core sales materials from first and third-party sources. Support material launches and refreshes and codifying insights to enable promoters to self-serve.
- Support sector planners with priority pitches to test, learn, and iterate on core sales materials and insights approach.
- Partner with strategic insights leads to develop strategy for brand and performance claims as part of a wider thought leadership and claims strategy.
- Scale the use of insights tools and sales material, building communications and feedback loops with investigative consultants community and key workstreams within the partners and specialist organization.
