Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
  • Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g. System Integrators, Service Providers, or Independent Software Vendors) serving SMB at scale.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business targets, and using business reporting tools.
  • Experience in running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.
  • Experience with Google Cloud products.
  • Ability to leverage organizational, project management, and execution skills, with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial capabilities.

About the job

In this role. you will work with key Small Medium Businesses (SMB) focused partners to develop their Google Cloud business via business and marketing campaigns, training, and enablement. You will be the point of contact for our top SMB partners in developing a understanding of partner growth drivers and identifying creative solutions to increase business across several different categories of Google Cloud partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with sellers and channel partners to reach as many SMB accounts with our Google Cloud solutions.
  • Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for our sellers and drive prioritization of our Google Cloud portfolio across all sellers and corresponding channel partners.
  • Construct and execute a territory development plan.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and drive pipelines, to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding. Build and maintain relationships to influence direction.
