Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in an enterprise business-to-business software company.
- Experience with enterprise business cycles, channel strategy, new or renewal go-to-market motions, or sales finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- JD, Law degree or Finance.
- Experience in working cross-functionally across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading global compliance programs, as well as in law, internal audit, controllership, or related fields.
- Experience with compliance issues (e.g., export controls, anti-corruption/FCPA, conflict of interest, supplier related risks, competition, data governance, and privacy).
- Ability to manage confidential matters in a discreet and respectful manner.
- Ability to comprehend commercial structures and recommend appropriate commercial strategy to the Go-To-Market organization.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Commercial Office is a thought partner for the GTM President and Regional leadership team, responsible for developing and executing on strategic agreements and customer relationships and works to provide a positive experience for customers and employees. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining the entire agreements process, identifying new challenges and opportunities in the system, gathering feedback from the field and market, and improving the ability to execute agreements efficiently, improving both the field team and customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, report, and approve exceptions related to Return on Investment (ROI) of investments.
- Collaborate with Cloud Compliance and Ethics and Business Integrity teams to ensure compliance violations are addressed promptly and a resolution is implemented.
- Work with GTM stakeholders including identifying various investment mechanisms to enforce policies, ensuring effective governance of investment use including mapping out the enforcement and ensuring adherence to ROI standards.
- Perform quarterly due diligence and audit processes for each region, reporting findings to executives through a quarterly business review.
- Identify opportunities for automated guardrails, defining the necessary requirements specifications to manage manual compliance errors.
