Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
- 5 years of experience working with systems (e.g. Linux, Unix).
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to present to the technical level audience.

gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our Distribution partners. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Business, and Product Management to use technologies for our internal or external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will own the technical execution and work with business operations to distribute products such as Chrome, Lens, Android apps, and more. You will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, solutions, and serve as a partner and consultant. You will also build tools and automate processes, oversee the technical execution and business operations of our products, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).
Responsibilities
- Work with our Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams. Develop solutions, provide consulting services to our partners, build relationships, and know the partner's needs.
- Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.
- Propose, design, create, and present proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to a variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
- Perform implementation reviews. Advocate for new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Deliver business intelligence. Use internal and external data sources to provide data insights to support decision making.
