Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in solution-based selling, advertising, consulting, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, advertising industry or retail/fashion marketing.
  • Experience in building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, with the expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, Connected TV) and understanding of participant landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity and operate with limited guidance, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent strategic, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Our Large Customer Sales (LCS) IT Retail Pod, partners closely with many of our region's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. The team serves a wide range of customers that are all lighthouses in their categories. These customers represent a full range of marketing objectives, from lead generation to transactional business. The clients in the portfolio are highly experienced in digital marketing with investigative and mar-tech capability and need to be driven to a new era of AI through transformational projects by accelerating impact in their business and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders from C-suite to the product, sales and marketing teams, media and creative agencies. Identify opportunities to influence and transform clients business strategy regarding performance, omnichannel, measurement and branding.
  • Take responsibility for the bookings, up-selling and management of clients. Report on sales figures internally and take ownership.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities. Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Support in developing customer’s’ growth strategy and lead its execution by presenting Google products with structure, product understanding and detailed execution plans.
  • Act like a facilitator growing across retail customers and diverse cross-functional work-groups including hierarchical and international organizations.
