Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
- 3 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, consumer research or business development teams or companies.
- Experience in data analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, uncovering insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to translate data into compelling narratives, sales pitches, and C-level presentations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a changing environment.
- Excellent business acumen, storytelling, strategic thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills.

As a Strategy and Insights Lead for Spanish-speaking Latam, you will be a trusted leader for a given industry or work closely with business leaders to develop Google’s point-of-view for the region, shaping customer and industry-wide conversations and empowering business pitches at scale through strategic storytelling, highlighting key shifts in the industry, consumer behavior, and engaged dynamics that drive business growth. You will also partner to uncover and develop industry and client opportunities through customized pitches and insights solutions, to share novel ideas that optimally position Google’s product offerings and drive business strategies.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI Tech to uncover first-party or third-party consumer, industry and market insights.
- Create forward-thinking data-driven stories, narratives, and business pitches to support clients.
- Empower business conversations to align and position Google’s products and offerings with client or partner's objectives, opportunities, analyze and identify business opportunities, and support the development of Go-to-Market business pitches and collaterals.
- Develop an annual leadership strategy for your vertical, and partner with account team to share narratives that test thinking and help deliver on clients developing scalable insights solutions as dashboards, insights Artificial Intelligence(AI) agents and automation.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, Public relations (PR), and other vertical Strategy and Insights Lead (SILs) to amplify messages or point-of-view internally and externally through events and publications, deliver presentations in C-level meetings, executive summits, and industry-wide events.
