Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, program management or a management role at a global technology company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using data analysis to drive decision making, including experience with structuring analyses and SQL.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, paced team environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate to leaders, while maintaining attention to details.
- Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement projects that solve business problems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time sensitive initiatives paired with project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (communication, consulting, presentation, influencing skills).

As a Strategy and Operations Manager on YouTube's Trust and Safety Operations team, you will be a StratOps partner to the Scaled Abuse, Business Analytics, and YouTube Partner Program (YPP) teams. You will help YouTube prevent harm by ensuring that our Ops organization operates effectively with the strategy, processes, and insights needed to be successful. This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with Scaled Abuse, Business Analytics, and YouTube Partner Program leaders to support day-to-day team operations, including operational business reviews and resource planning.
- Gather and synthesize relevant data and lead analyses, such as budget forecasting.
- Develop work plans, identify recommendations, and manage delivery of operational initiatives.
- Craft compelling communications and presentations to executive leadership and the broader team.
- Manage processes and programs for the team.
