Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or management consulting.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or JD.
- Experience working in EdTech or in an education organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with an ability to communicate decisions and ideas.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you represent Google for interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner strategy, including working with product and go-to-market to understand strategy and priorities, conducting partner/industry research, and driving alignment on prioritization based on data-driven criteria.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, from the C-Suite to day-to-day working teams including: understanding partners’ business and product strategy, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and influencing strategic direction of the partnership. Managing regular touch points to stay up-to-date on active projects.
- Manage project plans with partners and cross-functional Google teams, and ensure joint execution of integrations, technical deliverables, go-to-market activities, and other commitments.
- Leverage and aggregate knowledge of the ecosystem, teams trends, and feedback from partners to influence the product road map and cross-functional team priorities.
- Lead and make decisions amidst cross-functional, organizational and industry-complexity.
