Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in roles which engage with internal or external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Responsibilities
- Assist local teams in resolving key technical challenges.
- Identify technical requirements, conduct technical discovery, and propose client solutions that meet these requirements.
- Contribute to technical projects, including technology advocacy, product and solution briefings, and proof-of-concept work. Coordinate with supporting technical resources as needed.
