Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Experience in working with public sector companies.
- Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Excellent partner/channel pipeline development and management skills.

As a Partner Development Manager you will manage development, business growth, and creation of new practice areas and offerings for Google Cloud’s sell and services partners. You will focus on growing the practices of partners who specialize in the Google Cloud businesses. You will manage relationships with existing strategic partners, develop relationships with Sales and Solution teams, and offer strategic advice, thought leadership, and day-to-day management in order to develop business.

Responsibilities
- Define and manage Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders in Partner Programs, Product Management, Engineering, Business, and Marketing. Support regional engagement with strategic global and regional partners.
- Manage business performance of partners and map partner capabilities and priorities with Google strategies to achieve strategic business goals.
- Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services. Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Cloud platform technologies to partners, to help them scale joint business.
- Establish partner performance criteria and drive partners to support Google business through staff training and Google Cloud and Google Workspace products certifications.
- Define customer-centric and industry-specific use cases for Google Cloud to focus on with the managed service partners. Develop business pipelines, solutions, capacity and capability with the service partners of Google Cloud .
